Accommodation


Can I bunk with my friends?
Yes, if available accommodation options support it. Please indicate your friend during registration.

Can I request a specific accommodation?
Accommodations are allocated on a first come, first serve basis via registration. Indoor and glamping options have limited capacities

Are there private quarters available?
No, all quarters are shared quarters.

Do I need to bring my own bedding?
If you are providing your own accommodation (tent, care or RV) then yes. Glamps and indoor accommodation will have bedding.

Who’s This Weekend For?

The Pollinate Women’s weekend is for woman, and woman-identified attendees, who would like to engage in a weekend of self-exploration, relaxation and connection with other women.

I am a trans-woman. This is a safe place for me?
Yes.


Are there health services available at PWW?
We will have an on call mental health professional available. If you have additional needs please indicate your needs during registration process.

I am an introvert and have some concerns about becoming overwhelmed with people. Is this a safe space for me?
Yes, there are many places to be alone at PWW and plenty of self-guided time in the schedule to take the space you need. Circles are also a smaller group environment in which to interact with people.

Medical Needs

I have mobility issues can you accommodate?
Yes. Please indicate your needs during registration process.

How will you address the Covid19 virus?
We ask all attendees to evaluate their health and risk of complications from a possible infection before joining us. We will support your individual safety plan to the extend that we are able. If you are experience any signs of illness please do not attend PWW. If you are ill and cannot attend a we will transfer your registration to the next weekend on the calendar.

Sessions with our Guides

SESSIONS WILL GO ON SALE ONE MONTH PRIOR TO THE UPCOMING WEEKEND.

When will I schedule a specific time with my guide?
You will select your time from the options offered upon registration of a session. Sessions will be offered on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Are Guide’s sessions additional cost?
Yes, sign up for these through registration link.


 

Activities

Are there any activities I’m required to participate in?
All activities at PWW are opt in,
however, if you wish to experience the full power of the weekend we recommend you participate in the Opening Ceremony, evening meal, Five Fires Ritual on Saturday, circles and Closing Ceremony.

Food

Can I bring my own food?
Yes. We do ask that food be stored in airtight containers to avoid attracting critters. There is no ice and limited refrigeration available.

Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions?
For the most part yes. Please indicate your needs during registration process.

Are all my meals included in the weekend?
Yes, and we will have the “Free Will” canteen with snacks and beverages available in between meals. Don’t worry girl. There will be plenty of food!

Will there be alcohol available during the weekend?
No.

Getting There & Connecting

How do I get to the retreat grounds?

Can I carpool with other attendees?
Please visit the ‘Attend’ section of this site for more information.

Is there any way to meet attendees before the event?
Yes, all registered attendees are invited to join our private Facebook Group. You can interact there or plan a real world meet up if you’d like.

Payments & Refunds

Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. A payment plan is available as an option upon registration.

What is your refund policy?
Full refunds will be available up to one month prior to the upcoming weekend. Any refunds requested after that time will are not available (including Guide’s sessions). Registrations can be transferred to another name or forwarded to another weekend.

Do I pay for my practitioner session before hand?
Yes, you will pay through the registration portal prior to the weekend.

Will you refund for Covid 19
We will forward your registration to the next available weekend.

Check In

Where do I check in?
You will check in at the church (follow the signs when arriving) starting anytime after 3pm on Thursday. Registration will be open until 10am on Friday. We highly encourage you to arrive before Opening Ceremony on Friday at 10:30. Check in may not be staffed after 10am on Friday.

Can I get my tent info prior to arriving?
No, we assign tents fairly late in the process so you we can’t guarantee we’ll have that info prior.

Can I upgrade my registration on-site?
No, all registrations must be solidified before the weekend.

Can I sign-up/pay for guides, activities and rituals on-site?
Yes, if space is available.
